Here are results of The Hotel Social Media Survey 2012, a survey conducted in assocation with RateGain. The survey looks at the intended levels of investment into social media, budgeting and investment in social media programmes, the number of people hotels are putting behind social media programmes on property, the tools used to manage programmes and which sites are most important. This is the second year of the survey and we do plan to do a third.
