This is the presentation given to the delegates which focused on creating a greater focus on all profit centres and putting effective revenue management measurements in place so that you know when you are moving in the right direction and when you have make adjustments to strategies at times when things are not quite matching up to expectations. We also reviewed some of the new measurements appearing in Hotel Reputation Management.
