This November we are running the following courses – these are the last courses for 2013, so book up now if you want to bump up your revenue skills this year:
Essentials of Revenue Management 14th – 15th November, covering the building blocks of revenue management, strategic pricing, and building a revenue management forecasting dashboard.
Proficiency in Distribution – 18th – 20th November; this covers social media and mobile for revenue managers, creating an IT strategy for distribution and revenue and comprehensive case study work.
Integrating Social Media into a Revenue Strategy on November 26th. A one day workshop covering the social media platforms used online today, and how to integrate social media decisions with revenue management plans to support pricing and customer segmentation strategies.
Proficiency in Revenue Management on 27th – 29th November covering an extension of strategic pricing, forecasting, RM for food and beverage, meeting space and the Spa together with a comprehensive case study.
