Revenue Management

We spend alot of our time in hotels developing revenue management programmes tailored specifically for each property. Mostly that means working in res offices with no windows. But that’s OK.  We believe passionately in developing a revenue management culture where we get sales and marketing objectives to align with revenue processes – not always easy. However using unique coaching tools and training techniques we work with hotels to build a new culture and combine simple business processes with a clearly defined revenue strategy to drive improved profitability. Simples!

Some of the things we work on:

New programme development  A 360 degree review of the current Revenue Management position and development of a comprehensive programme to optimise revenues across all guest touch points.

Evaluation of existing Revenue Management processes  A one day health-check to evaluate current revenue management processes and performance together with a suite of recommendations to improve the revenue management position.

Pre-opening Revenue Management strategy  Short term project assignment to develop a robust revenue management strategy pre –opening. Configure rates and pricing strategy, develop and build all revenue management components in the property management system and the hotel’s own web site.

Revenue Outsource Services Services to support you when you need a part or full time revenue manager to cover maternity leave, provide top level skills for short periods, drive new technology projects into the business and more.

Space Evaluation across Food and Beverage, Meetings space and Rooms Programme development covering total revenue performance across all outlets.

Business Turnaround A comprehensive review of the existing market position of a property or group, together with a turnaround plan to drive improved revenues in under-performing properties

We also provide training (for which we’re quite famous) and outsource management
